1. General information
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website glowprice.app and the GlowPrice mobile app (together, “GlowPrice”), in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information society services and electronic commerce. For any enquiry you can write to us at hola@glowprice.app.
2. What GlowPrice is
GlowPrice is an information service that compares the prices of beauty products across online shops and shows their ingredient lists. GlowPrice does not sell products: purchases are always made on each shop’s website, and the sales contract is between that shop and the buyer.
3. Terms of use
Access to GlowPrice is free and does not require registration, except for the app features that say so. By using it you agree to do so in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. Mass or automated extraction of GlowPrice content is not allowed, nor is using it for unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm the service or third parties. Use of the app is also governed by the Terms of use.
4. Prices, products and ingredients
Prices come from the catalogues published by the shops and from their affiliate programmes, and each one shows when it was last checked. They may change at any time: the price that counts is always the shop’s at checkout. If we do not know the shipping cost or availability, we say so instead of assuming it.
Ingredient lists come from open databases or from information published by the shops, and their source is shown. They are for guidance only: the product packaging is the only valid information, and what we show is not medical or health advice.
5. Third-party links and affiliation
GlowPrice links to shop websites. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through them, the shop may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. That commission does not affect the order of the results, which are ranked by price.
As an Amazon Associate, GlowPrice earns from qualifying purchases.
We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or the products they sell.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, code, texts, logo and the GlowPrice brand, as well as the database resulting from collecting and organising the information in the service, are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without permission is not allowed, except for personal and private use.
Product and shop names, trademarks, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify each product and each offer. Data from open sources is used under its licence and credited where it is shown.
If you believe any GlowPrice content infringes your rights, write to hola@glowprice.app and we will review it and, where appropriate, remove it as soon as possible.
7. Liability
We take every care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free, that it always matches the shops’ information or that the service will run without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, GlowPrice is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this information or for damage arising from the use of the service or of linked sites. Nothing above limits your rights under consumer protection law.
8. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is handled is explained in the Privacy policy. This website does not set cookies or store information in your browser.
9. Changes
We may update this legal notice to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The current version is always the one published on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts of your place of residence, in accordance with the applicable rules.
