Delete your account

You can delete your GlowPrice account and all the data linked to it at any time.

From the app

While signed in, open Profile → Delete my account and confirm. The account and its data are deleted straight away.

If you have a subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play: deleting your account doesn't cancel it, because the store is the one that charges it.

By email

If you don't have the app installed, email hola@glowprice.app from the address you signed up with, saying you want your account deleted. We delete it within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

• Your account and your email address.
• Your favourites.
• Your scan history and the ingredients you have chosen to avoid.
• Your price alerts and the notification identifier of your devices.

What is not deleted

The price history of products is not deleted, because it isn't yours: these are the shops' public prices and contain no personal data.

Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics aren't deleted either, because they can no longer be linked to anyone.
